FILM PREMIERE EVENT
Rivers are Life granted Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore exclusive rights to premiere Mr. Trash Wheel on November 30th, one day before the film went live to the rest of the world.
The documentary was shown alongside a film commissioned by Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore to create a “movie night with Mr. Trash Wheel,” which featured trivia, giveaways, a singalong, and two dynamic panels with speakers representing both films, all offered once 6:00pm and again at 8:00pm.
The movie night was hosted at Harbor East Cinemas, which donated their space, signage, floor stickers, and more. Snacks and themed drinks were available for purchase. The world premiere of Rivers are Life’s film, Mr. Trash Wheel, undoubtedly helped draw in the more than 240 attendees whose ticket proceeds will support Waterfront Partnership’s mission to serve the BaltimoreHarbor and its surrounding environment.

THANK YOU TO OUR PARTNERS
“The Mr. Trash Wheel film was fabulous. It perfectly captured the heart and soul of the project and Baltimore's love for its harbor. Hundreds of people came out for the premiere, including the Baltimore Hons featured in the film, who were dressed to the nines with their beehive hairdos and cateye glasses. Mr. Trash Wheel, the film, has helped us raise thousands of dollars and elevated the profile of our work to restore Baltimore Harbor.”
