RIVERS ARE LIFE BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF RIVER HEROES
Friday, March 10, 2023 Rivers are Life hosted our first River Hero Webinar - Heralding the Heroes: Celebrating our River Heroes and Looking Ahead to 2023.
Around the world, River Heroes are hard at work creating meaningful change within their watershed, creating a powerful ripple effect to inspire substantial change to how our shared water resources are cared for. Developed to provide updates on Rivers are Life projects, stories, and partners, along with an interactive question-and-answer session. This first-of-its-kind event will afford like-minded river advocates the chance to share tips and tricks regarding impact initiatives, technical advancements, and more.
WEBINAR OBJECTIVES:
- Inspire current and future River Heroes to get involved with each others' causes.
- Educate current and future River Heroes as well as partners on the biggest issues facing rivers worldwide.
- Connect River Heroes to build a global network of support and resources, and provide insights on how to amplify stories and the missions behind them.
