Official Rules for Sturgeon Fest 2025 Rivers are Life App Promotion Giveaway

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Rivers are Life, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sturgeon Fest 2025 Rivers are Life App Promotion Giveaway, an entrant must follow these steps:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to the following products with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $266.98:

  • One (1) Grizzly Rivers are Life Drifter 20 – Slate Blue: $240.99
  • One (1) Grizzly 5L Dry Bag: $19.99
  • Two (2) Rivers are Life Branded Stickers: $6.00
4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on or about Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. EST, once the giveaway period closes. The winner will be posted within the Rivers are Life app in the community tab. The winner must send a direct message to Rivers are Life in the app within 30 minutes of posting to claim the prize. The winner must claim the prize in person at the event. If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If no winner claims the prize before Sturgeon Fest 2025 ends on June 7, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST, no winner will be chosen for the Sturgeon Fest 2025 Rivers are Life App Promotion Giveaway.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rivers are Life reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Rivers are Life in its sole discretion. Rivers are Life reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these official rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rivers are Life, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.

7. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Rivers are Life in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Rivers are Life Privacy Policy and will be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

10. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Rivers are Life, attn: Sturgeon Fest 2025 Giveaway, 4400 James Savage Rd. Midland, MI 48642, by June 20, 2025. The winner's name will be available after the winner has been verified.

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rivers are Life, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
