Official Rules for Dow Championship 2025 Rivers are Life Giveaway

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Rivers are Life, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Dow Championship 2025 Rivers are Life Giveaway, an entrant must follow these steps:

• Entrant must visit the combined vendor booth of Rivers are Life, Little Forks Conservancy, and Heart of the Lakes during the Dow Championship held at Midland Country Club. Entrants must have valid admission to the Dow Championship.
• Entrant must take a photo and post to either their Story or their Feed on Facebook or Instagram and tag Rivers are Life, Little Forks Conservancy, and Heart of the Lakes on the platform they are posting on.

• Entrant must show the vendor booth workers that they posted. Once confirmed, the entrant must submit their name, phone number and email to be contacted if won.
• Entrant must visit the 

  booth and enter between Thursday, June 26 through Sunday, June 29 at 3:00 p.m. EST.

3. PRIZE

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to the following products with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $214.99:

• One (1) Grizzly Rivers are Life Drifter 12 – $164.99

• One (1) Waterhaul Rivers are Life Cleanup Kit - $50.00

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on or about Sunday, June 29 at 3:00 p.m. EST, once the giveaway period closes. The winner will be notified using the contact details they provided when entering the giveaway at the vendor booth. The winner must claim the prize and pick up the prize by 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, July 7. The prize will be available for pick up starting at 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, June 30 at the Little Forks Conservancy office located at 125 McDonald St, Midland, MI 48640. If a winner does not respond or pick up the prize within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rivers are Life reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Rivers are Life in its sole discretion. Rivers are Life reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these official rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rivers are Life, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.

7. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Rivers are Life in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

8. SPONSOR 

This giveaway is sponsored by Rivers are Life, 4400 James Savage Rd. Midland, MI 48642. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the Dow Championship or the LPGA. Little Forks Conservancy and Heart of the Lakes are not liable for this giveaway.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Rivers are Life Privacy Policy and will be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

10. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Rivers are Life, attn: Dow Championship 2025 Giveaway, 4400 James Savage Rd. Midland, MI 48642, by July 11, 2025. The winner's name will be available after the winner has been verified. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rivers are Life, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
